Completed welcome message functionality. Need to add notes and descriptions. Redid the SLAP command. Reformatted most of the general Commands output to be embeded instead. Moved a few class level fields to Program. Changed affected code accordingly.

Added classes for Self Roles, Level Roles, Role Group management. Added base SelfRole methods. Redid part of the Guild Settings to be more easily workable, although harder to read. Added a few notes on a few objects.
