Added a blocking of all nonvisible ASCII characters in names (prevents people from having invisible names in console) (Issue 131)

Added automatic SVN_VERSION parsing to qvm_version. If you dont have svn in your compiler, edit main.c, there is a commented out line that has nonsvn instructions
