This patch extends the !register command:
!register [level] [password]
cvars:
g_adminRegisterLevel (default 1)
g_adminRegisterAdminPass = (default blank - disabled)
g_adminRegisterAdminLevel = (default 0)
Those with correct password can have level up to g_adminRegisterAdminLevel
Those without password can have level up to g_adminRegisterLevel
Note: people can unset their own level with !register 0
Patch posted by request of Paradox, but I doubt this should be allowed on
public servers. Password can be seen in chat if /!register is not used.
