Preliminary support for anonib-style multi-file uploads for replies to a thread added. The way of going about storing this in the db may change, so don't be surprised if this suddenly breaks later down the line.

Made a couple of very minor stable branch worthy fixes that I forgot to put in the final release:

Added a div to non-text board thread templates.
Enclosed a word around {t}...{/t} in the header templates.
Removed the completely unused $tpl_irc variable from menu.class.php

Add new directory structure. Tags will contain current and past releases, and stable will contain any bug fixes to the current stable release so users won't have to get the potentially broken trunk build to fix a screwup in stable.
