+This file is intended to assist the maintainers of the
+Auto-Flatfile database format.  Auto-Flatfile is the
+primary database format for Auto 3.0 and is recommended.
+
+This file will explain each value of the format.

+CAT <#channel> <main topic> <owner> <verb> <status> <other> <static> <divider>
+    This is an advanced channel topic, the parameters
+    pretty much describe themselves.

+    This is a channel trigger. Everytime this trigger
+    is sent in a PRIVMSG to the channel, the specified
